It is a rather simple assignment.
Take a sheet of notebook paper
and, staying within the lines,
on one side of the page write
a summary of your life
up to this moment.
You may not use extra sheets
nor may you write so small
as to get two or more lines
between each of the ruled lines.
Say what is important, say
what needs to be said.
Now that you are done, I
should tell you that you have
just written your own eulogy
and the last line will now serve
to the world as your epitaph.
