At the most opportune moment it will happen. No one knows when that moment will occur so they must be ever vigilant. It will come possibly without warning and they do not want to risk missing it, for it may never happen again. So they devise, rehearse and prepare an elaborate scheme so that it will not be missed, and when it is about to occur all will know. Or all who actually care about it, for they are not sure how many truly care. But they care. They think they are ready. Now all they need to do is figure out for what they are waiting and planning.
